Established in 1986 as an independent Records Management consultancy (formerly known as AIS), FileBusters became a limited company in 1995. Focusing on the provision of an integrated information management service that addresses the problems of electronic and paper-based filing and archiving we developed methods that reduce +60% of filing space and cut storage and retrieval costs. In 1998 we introduced the ©Quick File-Quick Archive outsourcing service to provide both regular and new clients with proactive Records Management services. These two ©Quick Services were immediately followed by the introduction of ©Quick Scan and Send for current filing; ©Quick Retention to provide retention advice and information to businesses who want to know how long to keep specific documents; and ©Quick Audit in answer to the demands that Open Government and the Freedom of Information Act have placed on national and local government.
